About Us:

1976 Graduate of the Penn Gunsmith School. 5 years as the head gunsmith for Interarms Warranty repair department. After leaving Interarms, K.L. Hooton Gunsmithing was started in 1985 as a part time business. While working as a part time Gunsmith, I worked full time as a machinist for Smith & Wesson and later Savage Arms. In the Fall of 2012 work at the Gunsmithing business was such that I started doing it full time.
